By accessing or using the services provided by AltSpace, including but not limited to coliving accommodations, coworking spaces, meal services, vehicle rentals, and any other facilities or services offered (collectively referred to as "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
AltSpace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You agree to use the coliving and coworking spaces in a manner consistent with their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
While we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences, you acknowledge that we cannot guarantee the absence of specific allergens or ingredients in our meals.
If you choose to rent a vehicle (e.g., Scotty) from us, you agree to comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle during your rental period.
You agree to pay all fees associated with the Services you use. Prices are subject to change, and we will provide notice of any price changes before they take effect.
We do not accept bookings more than 45 days in advance of the requested check-in date.
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the specific Service. Please refer to the individual Service agreements or contact our customer service for detailed information.
You acknowledge that your use of our Services involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with travel, outdoor activities, shared living spaces, and the use of facilities and equipment. You voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of AltSpace or others.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive and release AltSpace, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, which are in any way connected with your use of our Services or your stay at our facilities, including any such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of AltSpace.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AltSpace from any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, including attorney's fees, arising out of your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltSpace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
AltSpace shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AltSpace regarding the use of our Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and AltSpace relating to your use of our Services.
By using AltSpace's Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them.
